Peran Perangkat Desa Dalam Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa Tahun 2021 (Studi Kasus Desa Goiso Oinan Kecamatan Sipora Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai)

This study aims to find out how the role of village officials in Goiso Oinan Village, Sipora Utara District in accountability for village fund management. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, documentation and questionnaires. There were 14 respondents in this study, namely 7 people who were Village Officials including the Chairperson of the BPD, Village Secretary Head of Finance, Head of Planning, Head of Goverment. Administration, and Hamlet Head, 1 Village Head and 6 Community Leaders.
This study used a descriptive qualitative case study method with the research location in Goiso Oinan Village, North Sipora District, Mentawai Island Regency. The results of the research conducted show that village officials in Goiso Oinan Village have played a role in accountability for managing village funds by carrying out their duties starting from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability processes carried out accountability with the Realization Report on the Implementation of APBDes and ADD, However, it is not yet accountable because it has not optimally applied the principles of accountability that have been stipulated in Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 concerning the management of village fund allocations.
