ABSTRACT
Fixed asset data is one of the companies supporting the smoothness of the activities of a company. If there is a problem with the fixed assets of the company, it will give a huge impact to the smooth operation of the company.
Fixed assets are assets that should always get the attention and care on a regular basis and it sustainibility. Fixed assets inventory should be controlled to prevent fraud and builuo of inventories on fixed assets.
Fixed asset management system requires a means of supporting the information technology base information. Support is an application of information technology-based software device in the form of fixed asset management information systems. This applica-tion is specifically made to be able to control the condition of the property and determine the amount of inventory of fixed assets of the company. This application is also used as a means of information between the logistics with the owner of the company, the logistics must provide a report on the condition of the property and the amount of stock to the own-ers of the company, if there are improvements to fixed assets, the company owner can de-termine the type of repair and the repair costs in more detail.
This application is created using programming languages PHP and MySQL as the database. This application generates a model of fixed asset management information sys-tem that connect between the logistics and the owner of the company in order to interact with each other and organized in the management of fixed assets.
