This is a study of feminism in Jane Austen‘s Pride and Prejudice. The main female character reflected feminism especially in power feminism characteristics. Power feminism is women‘s choices that encourages women to be more independent, to recognize herself, to have self-esteem and self-help, also to take responsibility for raising their own status. The objectives of this thesis are to analyze the character of Elizabeth Bennet and how power feminism characteristics reflected in Elizabeth Bennet‘s character. Two theories are employed to answer the problems, there are character and characterization by Perrine and Power Feminism by Naomi Wolf. In carrying out this research, the following methods are involved: reading, data collecting, data classifying, and analyzing. There are two findings of this research: quickness, intelligence, determination, kindness, and outspokenness are the main female‘s characters, and characteristics of power feminism in the main female character are affecting people, taking credit for herself, and determining her own life.
