Pentingnya Peranan Resepsionis Terhadap Kemajuan China Travel Service Liuzhou


ABSTRACT

Nowadays, development of tourism business are increasing rapidly. People believe that tourism businessareprospectful to increase the economy.
The competition among so many companies can not be denied, especially aboutthe quality of its company are determined by the human resources in it.
In every company, receptionist become one of the important part in the company. The receptionist will be directly handle the guest. They have to be able to serve them well. So that customer will enjoyed with the treatment and also can be loyal.
During the internship in China Travel Service Liuzhou, the author has got chance for joining the receptionist training. The author could practiced and work in the front line of the office as receptionist. The author found the lack in the receptionist area in serving the customers that can be make the feel unsatisfied with the service of the company.
The author uses SWOT analysis to know strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats of China Travel service Liuzhou.
