ABSTRACT
Project development work house has several activities that require planning and time costing each type of job. During this activity has not been a lot of development cost calculation carried out due to lack of technical knowledge on how to plan cost calculations. It makes someone who will build homes, less able to conduct surveillance and the provision of needed resources. As a result, development is hindered and the workmanship can be stopped in the middle. Solutions to address the mater is the application dibuatkannya budget plans in the development of web-based home. The system is built to calculate the cost of workmanship, material requirements and its execution time estimation processing before building the house. This application report provides information in the form of budget plans, material needs, recapitulation, and scheduling execution of construction work. Based on the results of implementation and evaluation has been done, can help the process of planning costs, provision of resources, and supervision of the construction work.
