ABSTRACT
This study is motivated by the competitive conditions of the insurance business over time tightly, so the company had to create a new marketing strategy to maintain and to achieve their higher market segment. The problem of this study is: "What are the factors from the quality of products, services, designs, prices and beliefs influences the customer loyalty in PT. Asuransi Jiwa Sequislife Cabang Trusty in Surabaya?" This study tries to find out what factors that influences the customer’s loyalty toward insurance products particularly to the customers, who already have an insurance policy of at least one year in PT. Asuransi Jiwa Sequislife Cabang Trusty in Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of each variable, the quality of the products, quality of the services, designs, prices and trust toward customer loyalty. The results of the analysis found that the five factors of products quality, services quality, designs, prices and beliefs has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Hypothesis testing using t-test shows that five independent variables has been proved significantly, and influence the dependent variable of customer loyalty. By the F-test shows quality of product, services, designs, prices and beliefs have a significant effect in customer’s loyalty.
