ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the Behavior of Blackberry Woman User
Seen From the Social, Culture and Psychological Factors.
This research is qualitative descriptive. Total population of this study were 100 female respondents in the city of Surabaya. The process of selection of respondents using a random sampling technique, where the sample was randomly selected without calculate the background of the sample. Data was collected using
questionnaire method. Processing data using survey methods and field
observations.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) The Blackberry woman users highly dependent on the Blackberry as evidenced by their inability to get out of the house without carrying a Blackberry. And the intensity of the excessive use of
Blackberry they resulted in an average day charging the battery Blackberry more
than once. (2) The Blackberry woman users mostly using their Blackberry to
communicate better with family and friends, and colleagues as one of the form of
fulfilling the needs of compassion and a sense of belonging. (3) The Blackberry
woman users feel their work can be supported with their Blackberry. But having a
Blackberry is not a supporting appearance or self-esteem.
