ABSTRAK
English is one language that is used as universal communication tool in the international scope. Learning English includes grammar, writing, reading, speaking. On the required accuracy of learning speaking or pronunciation of word or sentences. To learn the proper pronunciation needed someone who is already an expert. Whereas, in fact many beginners who are learning difficulty speaking sometimes embarrassed or make corrections to pronunciation. So many beginners cannot perform a test or test on the truth of the word are pronounced.
This study will be made on a system of checks spoken English pronunciation android based. Android is an operating system based on java, which runs on the Linux 2.6 kernel on the mobile phone. The system is very lightweight and has many features include voice search, speech input, and text to speech. With the support of these features, the author will make Mobile Application Reciting Learning English.
With this application, it is expected that beginners learn the pronunciation of words speaking primarily be corrected or semblance of truth spoken word with original vocabulary. So it can be helpful when beginners learn the pronunciation without the need for teacher assistant or even educational institutions.
