ABSTRACT
Education is one of the main things that play a role in improving the quality of human resources in the country . Higher Education is very important to
xiv meet today competition. University of Widya Kartika ( UWIKA ) from year to year, the number of new student applicants declined . Although, UWIKA innovate
to continuously improve quality and add to existing programs. The problem underlying the research in this thesis is shrinking intake. This includes quantitative research causality. The study uses the method of
administration of questionnaires to 100 respondents using quota sampling technique. Further questionnaires were processed using SPSS 20.0 for windows to
get results that can be used to provide advice to the University and answer hypotheses exist .
Conclusion The results obtained through the F test, t test and regression is hypothesis 1, hypothesis 2, hypothesis 3 accepted. This study proves that the
influence of the program , Price , Promotion , location , and Facilities to the decision to sign up by 47.8 % .
