Pengaruh atmosfer toko terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Hartono Elektronik Galaxy Mall Surabaya


ABSTRACT
Rivalry Among Store Electronic are more tight, so a better competitiveness is needed. Each store tries to give. Fascination so that the visitors do the purchasing, one one big electronic Stores in Surabaya is Hartono Electronic such as in Galaxy Mall. Hartono Electronic in Galaxy Mall keep doing internal improvement. The design store becomes interesting by increasing the store atmosphere. The aim of this study is to figure out about the influence of the store atmosphere on the consumenis purchasing devision in Hartono Electronic.
One hundred samples were taken as the research sample of this study. The questionnaire distribution was done in Hartono Electronic Galaxy Mall. Reliability was used as data analysis technique and the hypothesis testing used F and T test. The Finding of this study is that Huge amount of in influence of store atmosphere on the purchasing deficion in Hartono Electronic is 62,3%. For the consument and the visitors at Hartono Electronic, The store Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display were claimed to give influence of the purchasing delifion in transaction in Hartono Electronic. Based on the comparison of the influence of each research variable, it is known that variable that has the biggest influence on the purchasing decision in Hartono Electronic Galaxy Mall is the General Interior, The General Interior Factor has the biggest influence among Store Exterior, Store Layout, Interior Display variables in giving influence on the consuments purchasing decision. General Interior is claimed AS the dominant variable that influence the consuments purchasing decision in buying the Electronic products in Hartono Electronic Galaxy Mall Surabaya
