Faktor – faktor yang di pertimbangkan dalam keputusan pembelian pakaian renang Arena di Surabaya


ABSTRACT
Swimming is a sport that many people enjoy, besides fun this Swimming sport can also be healthy. Objects that are research in this study is swimwear brand Arena, with the expensive price this Arena swimming suit much in interest.
In this study the researchers used factor analysis method, using a sample of 100 respondents, and using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study is the presence a new of nine factors that is be considered in purchasing decisions Arena swimwear brand in Surabaya, that is Price and Distribution, Brand, Trust, Social, Satisfaction, Psychology, Quality, Promotion, Product.
Researchers gave some suggestions relating to 9 of these factors, one of them in the brand factor. In aspect the brand's Arena should be able to make the innovations more interesting, for example give various colors or create a brand emblem is located in a place easily visible, so that the consumer feels that the swimwear brand Arena is worthy of consideration in the purchase decision
